If you receive anything you do not like, you have a 10-day approval and right to return a specimen(s).

Please notify us immediately (but within the 10 days) and send it back if it arrives damaged or if you are otherwise not happy with what you have been sent.

Once we have received the returned specimen in the condition it was sent we will return your money.

This policy applies to every specimen we supply, but please within the 10-day approval period!! Our intention is only to supply material with 100% customer satisfaction.
