Returns:
If you receive anything you do not like, you have a 10-day approval and right to return a specimen(s).
Please notify us immediately (within the 10 days) and send it back if it arrives damaged or if you are otherwise not happy with what you have been sent.
Once we have received the returned specimen in the condition it was sent we will refund your payment excluding shipping costs.
This policy applies to every specimen we supply, but please within the 10-day approval period!! Our intention is only to supply material with 100% customer satisfaction.
Pricing:
Surrey Minerals reserves the right to alter the purchase price of any item without notice. Prices can change in either direction, reflecting current market trends, item scarcity or a general reappraisal.
Photography:
All photographs are currently taken under a mixture of halogen and natural daylight bulbs. Photo modification is restricted to colour balancing, brightness, contrast and cropping. If necessary, unwanted artefacts such as dust or hairs are also removed.
Colours are only altered where absolutely necessary to show the specimen as close as possible to its natural form when viewed under artificial lighting.
The current camera (2009) is a Canon Powershot A620, remotely controlled using Breeze Systems PSRemote.
